Company valuation sharing plan: finally a real profit-sharing scheme!
Not to be confused with the imposed figure of the value sharing premium!
The company's valuation sharing plan is a new way of involving employees in the company's value.
Any company can implement it.
For a period of 3 years.
The plan provides for the payment of a bonus if the value of the company increases over the 3 years defined in the agreement.
All employees with at least one year of seniority must benefit from it.
The bonus is capped at 75% of the PASS (approximately €35).
The observed change in the value of the company between the start and the end of the plan is taken into account;
The amount of the premium due is determined within 7 months of the end of the plan and paid in one or more installments over the following 12 months.
The premium is exempt from all social security contributions.
